How to delete your account

Delete inside the app
If you still have access to Body Mode, use the in-app deletion flow. This is the fastest path and immediately starts account removal.

Submit a verified web request
If you cannot sign in, submit the request form on this page using the email address tied to your Body Mode account.

Watch for verification
For security, we may ask you to confirm control of the account email before deletion is completed.
What gets deleted
Removed from Body Mode
- Your Body Mode account and Firebase authentication record
- Your profile, plans, logs, and other Body Mode cloud data associated with the account
- App-linked data needed to run your Body Mode account going forward
Not removed automatically
- Google Play subscriptions: cancel those separately in Google Play
- Data already written to Health Connect on your device: remove it in the Health Connect app
- Aggregated analytics or crash data that can no longer be linked back to you personally
Important notes
Deletion is permanent.
Once completed, your Body Mode account and Body Mode cloud data cannot be restored.
- If you still have the app installed, the in-app deletion flow is the fastest and most reliable option.
- Deleting your Body Mode account does not remove Google Play billing records maintained by Google under its own policies.
- If you used Health Connect with Body Mode, delete those entries directly in Health Connect if you want them removed from your device’s health repository.
